The archaeological area of Roselle is located about 8 kilometres north of the city of Grosseto.
The following centres are open to visits: the late-Roman baths, Decumanus, part of the wall belt, Valle del Foro, the hill where the amphitheatre rises, Terme Adriane and the southern hill.
One can follow two itinerary routes. The first foresees a visit to a section of the Etruscan walls, then a deviation near the northern hill to reach the amphitheatre; one continues along in the direction of Valle del Foro to visit Terme Adriane and then the descent along Decumanus to the exit, in the vicinity of which is located the area of the baths from the late antiquity.
The second route foresees access to the Etruscan-Roman city, by following Decumanus: this way one can visit the baths from the late antiquity, Valle del Foro and Terme Adriane; the journey continues toward the hill of the amphitheatre and finally runs along the wall belt to the exit of the archaeological area.
Each of the two routes can be integrated with a visit to the handicrafts district, located on the southern hill.
